Maintenance Supervisor

JOB OBJECTIVES

Maintenance Supervisor reports directly to the Plant Manager. The main objective of the position is to ensure the efficient functioning of the Plant premises.

• MAJOR FUNCTION

• Oversee troubleshooting and repairs of production equipment / machines and ensure correctness and accuracy of repairs.
  

• Performs analysis of equipment failures and recommends solution to prolong equipment life.
  

• Approve schedule of maintenance team.
  

• Approves Preventive maintenance schedule and ensure that schedules are adhered.
  

• Analyze Preventive Maintenance/ Technical report submitted by Maintenance Crew and recommends solution.
  

• Ensures that all equipment are in good and useable conditions at all times.
  

• Trains and orient subordinates on the upkeep of equipment.
  

• Review the request of all necessary equipment and machine parts needed for the repairs and maintenance of each and every equipment and ensure approved buffer level of materials are maintained to prevent any delays on repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
  

• Validates monitoring reports of maintenance crew.
  

• Coordinates with Plant Manager on the requisition and refill of gas and other equipment supplies.
  

• Attend meetings of contractors in the event of new projects.
  

• Assists/Monitors outside contractors as maybe needed in the general repairs and/or frabrication of equipment /machine parts.
  

• Regularly conducts meeting with maintenance team to discuss plans and improvements including programs for skills enhancement.
  

• Monitors equipment in the facilities in and out of the plant premises such as, Gas Farm, Generator Set, Waste Water Treatment facilities, water supply equipment including water tanks and motors and cold storages and air conditioning units, Electrical equipment etc.
  

• Recommends tools and techniques in the improvement of the operations.
  

• Recommends new equipment that may contribute to more efficient resolve of all equipment issues.
  

• Ensure compliance to the Functional Quality Objectives of the Department.
  

• Ensure compliance to the QMS and its own Department precedures and processes.
  

• Recommends projects that may be contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Department.

  Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
