Position: Supervisor, Heavy Equipment and Harvester Shop
Job Purpose: Manage activities of the Heavy Equipment and Harvester Shop in order to ensure equipment and machineries are properly maintained and operational to meet Plantation requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient maintenance of all Heavy and Harvester equipment.
- Develop proper control procedure for maintenance function such as work orders, work schedules, and equipment inventory.
- Consult and coordinate with Land Prep and Harvest personnel to determine equipment operating and maintenance needs.
- Seek improvements, review critical spare parts and continually improve maintenance department to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with Storeroom and Purchasing for the sufficient spare parts inventory.
- Ensure that the quality management system plans and programs are in place and adhered into by the department.
Qualification:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Agricultural Engineering.
- PRC License an advantage.
- Experience in heavy equipment maintenance and operations management.
- Must be willing to relocate to Camp Phillips, Agusan Canyon, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon.
