Qualification:- Must be Vocational graduate or with TESDA Certificate

- Job Description:
- Performs routine and extensive preventive maintenance and repair procedures on buildings, mechanical equipment and utility systems.
- Maintain and repair work for buildings and offices
- Trouble shoot for variety of different types of machineries and equipment like HVAC, electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, masonry and welding works.
- Completes daily/weekly and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
- Obtain estimates for supplies, repair parts, order parts as needed.
- Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required.
- May repair electrical locks and control panels to maintain building security.
- Repairs electrical equipment and control circuits, replaces faulty electrical switches, repairs refrigeration equipment.
- Minor and major repair of air-conditioning unit
- Responsible in Preventive Maintenance Service of air-conditioning unit

Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
