In charge of simultaneous Air-conditioning-related repairs.- Performs Periodic Preventive Maintenance to all Air- Conditioning units as needed.
Assists repair requirements for (plumbing, electrical works, fabrication, and masonry) as instructed.
- Analyze cost repair and recommend best deals.
Ensure required tools are always available.- Recommend required consumables stocks relevant to Air- conditioning units.
Support sourcing and purchasing operations relevant to Air-Conditioning repairs.
- Perform another task that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of vocational/technical Air conditioning technician or any related course.
With 3-5 years of solid experience as an AC technician gained in Office building set-up, Retail store in mall set-up.- With NC- II Tesda Certificate is an advantage.
With hands on experience in minor works (plumbing, electrical works, fabrication and masonry) is an advantage.
- Analytic and strategic in wide range of Air-conditioning repair requirements.
Can work with different types/categories of Air-conditioning units.- Willing to travel within greater Metro Manila areas and nearby provinces.
Can handle pressure.
