MAJOR ROLE
Responsible for building maintenance, repairs, refurbishments and managing staff. Ensure compliance with building and equipment health and safety regulations and practices.
- In-charge for the maintenance and PMS of the following:
Electrical system
Generator set AFSS Automatic Fire Suppression System
- FDAS Fire Detection and Alarm System
- 2. General supervision of the following:
Waste disposal (domestic and hazardous)
Sanitation of general and hazardous waste of storage area- Materials recovery (for excess construction of maintenance materials)
Water tank cleaning
- Maintenance and laundry area
- 3. Prepares estimate and bill of materials for maintenance and repair works requirements
- 4. Check purchases and delivered materials for maintenance and repair work requirements
Skills in electrical, plumbing, generator set, Elevator (Basic), FDAS and AFSS
- Basic Training Course for Pollution Control Officer, an advantage
Effective budgeting and performance management- Great eye to detail and works well under pressure
Amenable to work in San Pedro, Laguna
