Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • MR prepares the forecasting copy from SAP/TPO.

  • Performs telemarketing (N-7) to inform customers of their maintenance schedule and the advantages of getting an appointment.

  • Promotes and sells Service prepaid coupons.

  • Confirms with the customer at least one (1) day (N-1) before the schedule of appointment.

  • Prepares the Appointment Sheet and coordinates with Job Control.

  • Responsible for the plotting of chips on the appointment board.

  • Submits monthly appointment report (in Quick Service) to the Service Manager through the Service Admin Supervisor.

  • Promotes and participates in all Kaizen programs and activities.

  • Performs daily 5S in his/her own work place.

  • Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

  • Promotes monthly Hansa-Renkei marketing activities.

    Qualifications

    a. College Graduate of any Course;

    b. Customer Service oriented;

    c. Excellent telephone etiquette;

    d. Ability to work with a variety of people;

    e. Strong organizational, follow-up and communication skills;

    f. Time management ability;

    g. Proficiency in MS word and Excel;

    h. Empathy for customers (ability to see things from the customer's point of view);

    i. Honest and trustworthy;

    j. Respectful;

    k. Patient; and

    l. Flexible.
