Proven experience as a Plumber with a strong understanding of plumbing systems and fixtures.- Ability to perform both basic and advanced carpentry tasks.
Experience working in high-rise condominiums, addressing unique challenges and requirements.
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Plumbing license and/or certifications as required by local regulations.
High school diploma or equivalent.
