Under thegeneral supervision of the GSD Manager and is directly responsible in the effective and efficient planning, organizing, leading, and controlling all Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Functions on TC Transportation Equipment, Facilities, Building/Infrastructure, Assets, and other Miscellaneous Assets and the accomplishment of the section's key result areas:
a. Operating Efficiency
b. Process Efficiency Maintenance Mgt., Minor repair and maintenance on TC Transportation Equipment, Facilities, Building/Infrastructure, Assets, and other Miscellaneous Assets.
c. Financial Risk Mgt.
d. Internal/External Customer Relations Mgt.
e. Regulatory Compliance
f. Business Planning
g. Policy Review, Enhancement, and Development
h. Submission of Management Reports on Repairs and Maintenance to GSD Manager.
i. Employee Development and Discipline
- A Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Civil Engineer is a plus
- At least 3 years related experience in Repairs and Maintenance Management
- With 1-year experience in Supervisory position

Pay: Php27,000.00 - Php29,000.00 per month
