Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing Maintenance Procedures and ensuring implementation
Carrying out inspections of the Facilities to identify and resolve issues.- Checking Electrical and Machineries to ensure functionality
Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
- Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff
Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
Manage relationships with contractors and service providrers.
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
Ensure health and Safety policies are complied with.
Qualification- 4 years graduate of Technical Course or Mechanical Course.
Has 5 years at least experience handling maintenance of any machine
- Has good leadership skills to handle subordinates
Has initiative and able to troubleshoot machine- Has good understanding to certain machine
Can adjust to work schedule depending on the needs of production
- Has good communication skills
