QUALIFICATION:- Graduate of any vocational course related to industrial/manufacturing works.
Responsible for completion of work orders for tasks related to the physical maintenance and repairs of the assigned buildings utilizing work order related software programs- Responsible for implementing routine physical improvements
Respond to emergency situations in accordance with departmental protocol
- Assist Supervisor in establishing and maintaining all equipment, tools, supplies in stock, inventories and logs
Implement, with Supervisor, a comprehensive preventative maintenance plan and maintain all related records and logs- Assist with controlling expenses associated with the operation of the buildings.
Communicate effectively to appropriate individual building status and changes
- Adhere to all safety standards, policies & procedures, codes of conduct and best practices
Utilize materials, supplies, tools and other building property in a safe, productive manner- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
