Responsibilities:- Evaluate work orders, prioritize maintenance needs, and supervise technicians.
Schedule and plan maintenance with other departments to minimize disruptions.- Conduct maintenance, inspections, and repairs on all company machinery and vehicles.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
Oversee HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems maintenance.- Ensure compliance with safety standards and conduct safety inspections.
Identify process improvements and stay updated on industry practices.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and generate performance reports.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Licensed Mechanical/Electrical Engineer.
Ability to generate maintenance and technical reports.- Able to provide technical evaluation and proposals.
Knowledge of safety regulations and strong communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office(Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
