Bachelor's or associate degrees in relevant fields in Mechanical or Electrical engineering- Hands-on experience with plant machinery and equipment
Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Ability to diagnose and fix issues efficiently
Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting to management- Ability to work well in a team environment
With experience handling repair and troubleshooting of machines
- With TESDA Certificate: NCII of Electrical or Mechanical is advantage
