Job Description

Salary: 25,000 - 30,000

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the industrial machinery or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of injection molding process and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Willingness to travel and work independently.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to sell injection molding machines to existing customers.
  • Identify and generate leads through market research and networking.
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase and features and capabilities of injection molding machines.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and recommend the appropriate injection molding solutions.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain relationships with customers and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management review.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, attend industry events to promote products, and build relationships with potential customers.
