1 Ensures area is clean and equipment properly set up at start of production and proper turn-over at the end of the shift.- Receives the correct quality and quantity of bulk from Compounding and Packaging Material from Warehouse based on MI.
Gives instruction to production worker regarding their line responsibility and monitors them.
- Accomplishes production start-up checklists, process control forms, production output forms and production logbook.
Communicates important production concerns to Production Officer-in Charge.- Turns over excess Packaging Materials to Warehouse.
Ensures good quality of FGs at regular intervals, i.e. every hour or as necessary and record in the In-Line Filling Inspection Report.
- Ensures In line rejects are quantified, properly labelled, segregated and documented in the Batch Reconciliation Sheet.
