Bring 1st piece to the QC Inspector and secure approval.
100% inspects his job and documents inspection data.
Ensures the production are met and quality standards.
Implements given machining processes that would ensure higher productivity and greater efficiency.
Prepares Daily Job Report and ensures its correctness.
Ensures that the machine he used is production is fully utilized with minimum downtime through effective implementation of preventive maintenance and procedures.
Works under close supervision of the Team Leader
