- Basic knowledge of any type of SMT machines (Panasonic, Yamaha, Fuji, Siemen, Juki)
- Knowledge of machine preventive maintenance.
- Knowledge of thermal/temperature profiling (KIC, MALCOM)
- Perform assigned tasks related to machine maintenance, or other manufacturing systems
