Job Description:

As a Machine Learning Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning pipelines using AWS SageMaker and other AWS services. You will automate model training, tuning, and deployment processes while ensuring scalable and efficient infrastructure through CI/CD integration. Collaborating closely with data scientists, you will transition models from development to production, utilizing infrastructure-as-code tools like AWS CloudFormation. Your expertise in troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimizing resources will be critical in delivering impactful solutions that drive the success of our machine learning projects.

Salary: PHP150,000 to PHP180,000

Molding Data into Gold: Key Responsibilities and Daily Tasks

• Automate machine learning model training, tuning, and deployment using AWS SageMaker.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines with CI/CD integration.
• Manage code versioning with Git and AWS CodeCommit, ensuring scalable and maintainable Python code.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code using AWS CloudFormation for managing AWS resources.
• Set up and monitor SageMaker Endpoints for real-time and batch inference.
• Track model performance post-deployment through AWS CloudWatch and Model Monitor.
• Collaborate with other data scientists and data professionals to transition models from development to production.
• Optimize AWS resources and help manage costs effectively.
• Troubleshoot and debug machine learning pipelines to ensure smooth operation.
• Document pipeline architecture, workflows, and best practices for team collaboration.
• Scale current machine learning models and deploy new models at scale.
• Support the Analytics team with data modeling, regression analysis, and correlation analysis.
• Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work.
• Manage, integrate, and transform data for accurate and normalized analysis of information.
• Provide recommendations on business rules to aid in operational efficiency.
• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of business objectives, needs, and requirements.
• Think creatively to analyze metrics from various perspectives to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to present information in a consumable and impactful manner.

The Right Stuff: Skills and Experience to Break New Ground

• Bachelor's degree in data science, mathematics, statistics, marketing, or a related field.
• Four plus (4+) years of experience with website data in Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics and analysis of common digital marketing dimensions and metrics.
• Understanding of marketing channels and strategies with an emphasis on digital marketing.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Tag Management.
• Experience with complex dataset consumption.
• Extensive experience with ETL processes.
• Experience with Python and the Pandas library.
