Job Description

Minimum Qualification/s
  • College Graduate with degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, Real Estate Management or equivalent;
Preferably license Real Estate Broker with experience in Sale;
  • Goal-Oriented, Resilient, dependable, accountable, competitive and has a positive outlook;
Work experience in related industry;
  • With excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Above average people handling skills;
  • Computer literate.


  • Job Descriptions:
Plan and implement sales activities in order to meet targets;
  • Manage overall Luzon Sale Operations;
Provide direct supervision and guidance to her subordinates;
  • Conduct periodic performance evaluation of subordinates and make appropriate recommendation on personnel promotion and sanctions for specific violations;
Motivate her subordinates to perform respective tasks to achieve the goals of the branch;
  • Ensure teamwork among personnel within the department;
Attend and facilitate regular meeting;
  • Monitor weekly and monthly sales targets and ensures that these are being met in terms of sales volume and corresponding peso value, recruitment targets in terms of activation and generation of newly-recruited sellers;
Prepare monthly and year-end sale analysis report;
  • Prepare and propose payment terms to support achievement of sales targets;
Check budget allocation based on scheduled activities of all Luzon Projects such as open houses, saturations, recruitment drives, sales assemblies, annual sales parties, etc.;
  • Prepare memo to SLRDI/SLLI regarding schedules of open house activities;
Attend monthly sales meetings per Luzon area in coordination with his/her staff;
  • Recommend supplemental trainings/sales clinics needed by the sales force;
Conduct BP, BA and SE Meetings;
  • Formulate new activities, promos & incentive to be proposed to the VP for Operations to support and motivate the sales staff, BP, BA & SE;
Handle consequential interview of applicants for the new Sales Staff and BPs, recommends applicants for interview of VP for Operations and of the President;
  • Validate SR (sellers) qualifiers for promotion, annual sales awardees and SR's inclusion on sales assemblies, sales incentives and annual Christmas parties;
Prepare request for approval of buyer's request on special pricing and payment terms;
  • Ensure that all marketing paraphernalia and/or exhibit materials requested are accurate for circulation and delivered on time including but not limited to sales and recruitment flyers, streamers, banners, billboards, directional signs, project posters and framed perspectives, sales maps (white and blue print), brochures/colored maps, topo maps, vicinity maps, print advertisements, invitations, etc.;
Constantly visit the project sites to check on the SR and their concerns. Should also make rounds at the site to inspect current status of the project and its vicinity and make a report on the perceived details;
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned by immediate superior/management

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Ortigas Pasig: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

License/Certification:
* License Real Estate Broker (Preferred)
