The Quality Assurance Division (QAD) handles the management, monitoring, and implementation of quality
assurance programs corporate-wide.
Functions of the Luzon Quality Assurance Lead Specialist (P2):
- Efficiently implements quality assurance programs through conduct of quality inspections and audits within
Visayas regions and districts area of coverage, with the end in mind of creating, fostering, and sustaining an
organizational culture of high-quality consciousness, practice, and accountability within the region covered.
- Develops, administers, and continuously improves the quality assurance policies aimed at ensuring
acceptability of projects, supplies, services, equipment, tools, processes, and procedures.
- Sets individual goals in support and alignment with strategic corporate objectives, department initiatives, and
division and section targets.
- Upholds integrity of quality assurance policies and objectivity of the performance metrics for quality assurance
programs and initiatives.
- Establishes rapport and partnership with stakeholders to ensure efficiency in the conduct of quality assurance
inspections.
- Assists in the conceptualization, planning, and establishment of quality assurance programs
> Minimum Qualifications
PRC License Engineer.
Experience
At least two (2) years of satisfactory professional experience in supporting quality assurance programs, processes, and practices gained from the Power Generation, Power Transmission or Distribution, Oil and Gas, Mining, and other heavy industries.
At least two (2) years of engineering or operations experience.
