Job Scope:- Welcome guests to the lounge and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
Assist guests with check-in procedures, including verifying eligibility for lounge access and processing entry.- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment, contributing to the overall guest satisfaction and experience.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure compliance with lounge policies and procedures, as well as airport regulations and security measures.
Graduate of two-year vocational course/four-year degree or any equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
