  • Who are we looking for:

As a _Loss and Prevention Admin Assistant_, you are expected to
  • Implement or monitor processes to reduce property or financial losses.
Investigate known or suspected internal theft, external theft, or vendor fraud.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to report or investigate crimes.
Conduct store audits to identify problem areas or procedural deficiencies.
  • Identify and report merchandise or stock shortages.
Prepare written reports on investigation.
  • Train personnel in loss prevention activities.
Verify proper functioning of physical security systems, such as closed-circuit televisions, alarms, sensor tag system, or locks.
  • Apprehend shoplifters in accordance with guidelines.
Identify and report safety concerns to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor areas susceptible to loss such as, receiving and issuings docks, warehouse, rtv, backload.
Maintain documentation of reports on security-related incidents or investigations.
  • Monitor compliance to standard operating procedures for loss prevention, physical security, or risk management.
Legal compliance, and matters related to organized work related crime and fraud.
  • Respond to critical incidents.
Expose any type of fraud.
  • Recommend methods to reduce potential financial fraud losses.
Ability to travel to different stores.

  • Knowledge of basic computer applications including incident/security reporting
Must be able to communicate effectively
  • Can drive a motorcycle or vehicle
College graduate
Willing to be assigned in: MARILAO, BULACAN
