Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Voice Support Agent to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional voice support to streamline our logistics operations, ensuring efficient communication between various departments and enhancing overall service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Voice Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to logistics operations, providing timely and accurate information to clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Order Management: Assist with order processing, tracking, and updating logistics information using voice-activated systems and tools.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve logistics-related issues by coordinating with relevant departments and using voice communication effectively.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of calls, issues, and resolutions, ensuring that all communications are documented in the system.
System Navigation: Utilize voice recognition technology and software to efficiently navigate logistics management systems and provide real-time updates.
Customer Support: Provide top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries, managing expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of voice support in logistics operations.
Qualifications
At least High School Graduate / SHS Graduate
Minimum of 3 months CCE
Willing to work onsite
Skills / Knowledge Needed
Fluency in written and spoken business English
Fast, Accurate, Efficient data entry skills
