Qualifications:
- Preferably Industrial Engineering graduate or any other related course.
At least 2 years work experience in warehouse and logistics industry.- With background in GWP, ISO, 5S, and documentation standards.
Knowledgeable in structured problem-solving (e.g., RCA, TMS, etc.)
- Must be willing to travel and observe different operation sites around Davao.
Job Description
The Logistics Team Leader works closely with the Operations Manager for Warehousing and Delivery Services in overseeing and managing all business units in different operational sites. Specifically, the Logistics Team Leader is expected to
- Introduce and implement established systems and policies on new and existing business units.
Propose and implement improvement activities based on customer requirements and identified corrective/preventive actions.- Facilitate training of key personnel including who are in charge of running new and existing businesses.
Manage site operations in order to consistently provide high quality service to customers.
- Improve manpower efficiency through manning allocation optimization in order to initiate direct labor cost savings.
