Duties and responsibilities:
Prepare and manage incoming and outgoing shipping documentation.
Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations and requirements.
Identify and address any logistics-related issues or bottlenecks.
Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and address any issues that arise during transit.
Liaise with internal teams to provide updates on shipment status, resolve queries or complaints promptly, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Other reasonable duties that may be assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree
3 years of relevant experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
