I. JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their company's fleet of vehicles.
Ensure that all drivers are following proper safety procedures, adhere to schedules, and deliver goods or passengers in a timely fashion.
Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained, safe to drive, and in good working order
May also be tasked with hiring new employees, training current staff on best practices, and ensuring that everyone is working together as a cohesive team.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
They ensure that all drivers are following proper safety procedures, adhere to schedules, and deliver goods or passengers in a timely fashion.
Responsible for Day to Day Fleet operations and Fleet management.
Ensure KPI are met (On time and In Full).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinating with other departments within an organization, such as human resources or human resources, to ensure that policies are followed.
Supervised overall transport and fleet management Operations.
Reviewing safety procedures in vehicles and equipment to ensure they are working properly.
Monitoring fuel inventories and ordering supplies as needed to ensure that vehicles have enough fuel to operate properly.
Overseeing the loading and unloading of cargo to ensure that it is safely handled.
Establishing routes and schedules for drivers to follow.
Ensuring that drivers are following company policies and procedures, including safety measures and disciplinary actions if necessary.
Assigning new routes to drivers as needed, based on customer requests or other factors that affect demand for services.
Reviewing driver logs to ensure that they are following safe driving practices and complying with federal regulations regarding hours worked and breaks taken.
Maintaining records of mileage, fuel costs, accident reports, and other relevant information regarding a transportation business's operations.
Customer Management and Manage Customer lead-time Expectation.
Review and established operating procedure and risk assessment. Ensure relevant standard are met and maintained.

Ensure delivery SLA with internal Customer, including managing, implementing operations in accordance with company Standard.
Addressed customer service inquiries in a timely and accurate fashion.
Review monthly operation performance and provide solution to drive operational excellence.
Coach and improved team skills to oversee daily and weekly operations, planning, quality, resource utilization and individual performances.
Continues review and improved business processes to improve productivity and add value to service.
Review and established operating procedure and risk assessment. Ensure relevant standard are met and maintained.
II. QUALIFICATIONS
Education Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Supply chain management or any related Course
Preferably Industrial Engineering graduate. Work Experience
With 3-5 years of experience.
