Primary Objective of PositionThe Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of the company's logistics department. This includes managing the distribution of goods, ensuring efficient customer service, and overseeing all shipping processes. The Logistics Supervisor will be a key leader in developing and implementing strategies and plans to improve department efficiency and customer service.
Oversees and coordinates all shipping, receiving, and distribution operations.
- Works closely with carriers, suppliers, and end-user to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Develops and Implements strategies for improving efficiency and customer service.- Manages the logistics staff and coordinating scheduling and workloads.
Processes the receiving reports for all receipts received by the team
- Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Investigates and resolves discrepancies.- Other job-related responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Decision-making
MS Office Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or any related field- At least 3-4 years of prior experience in a supervisory role in logistics or related field
Knowledgeable of shipping, receiving, and distribution processes and procedures
