DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring of incoming shipments.
Coordination with principals and suppliers regarding issues on incoming shipments.- Coordination with third-party forwarder regarding shipment arrival requirements/documentation.
Sending of monthly arrivals forecast to the forwarder.
- Coordination with the warehouse regarding deliveries from the port.
Monitoring of payments to principals and other merchandise suppliers.- Review government regulations and application of related permits/certificates for all arriving merchandise.
Creating product brochure for Customs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Open for Fresh graduates at 4 year course
Can start ASAP- Willing to work in Makati
