Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistic Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a thorough understanding of PEZA (Philippine Economic Zone Authority) regulations and procedures. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics and supply chain processes.
Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with PEZA regulations and requirements.
Prepare and process necessary documentation for PEZA transactions.- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of logistics activities.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.- Provide support in resolving any issues related to logistics and transportation.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in logistics, preferably with experience in PEZA.
Strong knowledge of PEZA regulations and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
