QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree any related field
The candidate must posses exquisite Logistics Management skills and has experience in the field of warehousing particularly in the Field of Telecom Industry.- He/She must have Leadership skills and capable of handling people with outstanding Problem -solving capabilities.
He/She is also has excellent decision making & Strategic Planning methodology.
- Candidate must possess Updated Driver's License and capable of driving 4 wheeler vehicle (L300).
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check auto-replenishment every morning and in the afternoon in WMS and prepare the materials.
- Release materials to the technicians.
- Conduct inventory count on a weekly basis and submit Inventory Records Accuracy (IRA) report.
- Update serial numbers of CPEs released in the maintrace report.
- Liquidate serials on the maintrace report based on system closing.
- Check inbound materials if quantity delivered is exact based on the MRF.
- Scan serials of CPEs then submit to Supervisor for consolidation.
- Maintain standards of workplace health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.
- Adhere to all FDC Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
- Ensure that all inventory transactions are properly documented in accordance with the policy and procedures.
- Establish and maintain inventory and stock control system for all materials.
- Execute other FDC tasks assigned by immediate superior.
- He is responsible for the pick-up and delivery of materials.
