Job Description:- Manage routine SAP & WMS system checks and controls to ensure compliance.
Review /maintain user access levels.- Review and update system documents to ensure current and relevant for all front warehouse sites, and can be used as reference documents.
Uploading all IB/OB transactions of Front Warehouses in SAP ERP system.
- Coordinating with warehouse, WMS, and warehousing team with regards to IB/OB transactions of central warehouses.
Sending Weekly Reconciliation to SAP Supervisor
Graduate of Bachelor's degree- Must have a driver's license
Prior experience in the same capacity is required
- Sound knowledge of shipping processes and metrics
Ability to handle and maneuver fragile stock with ease- Strong communication, memorization, and teamwork skills
Outstanding organizational and investigative abilities
- Capacity to perform your duties diligently, particularly during stressful periods
