Prepares daily performance report composed of Sales Order (SO) monitoring, backload and delivery truck monitoring.- Updates daily SO Monitoring.
Collates backload and delivery truck monitoring report daily.
- Generates pending sales order report and sends to Sales, Planning and FG Warehouse Departments.
Monitors department KPI and submits report to superior.- Prepares report for operations review monthly.
Performs other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Business Courses (BSBM /BSBA) or related Supply Chain Management field.
Possess strong organizational, customer service and communication skills.- Advance skills in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of logistics software (SAP/SBO).
Detail-oriented team player with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and track multiple processes.
Can work under shifting schedule and/or flexible time.
