Qualifications: US Medical / Health Care backgrounds related ONLY!
At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably has Durable Medical Equipment(DME) background
Strong command of the English language
Proficient in a computer such as MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Availability to work in US working hours
Can work ASAP.
Main Duties And Responsibilities:
1. Workflow & Coordination: Regularly check workflows for new assignments and keep schedules file updated.
2. Patient Communications:
Confirm patient addresses if their order is ready for delivery and provide an estimated delivery date.
Send tracking numbers to patients via SMS once items are mailed.
Call patients to schedule appointments for fitting, casting, foot impressions, and repairs.
Handle inbound calls, especially from assigned patients.
3. Monitoring of Delivery: Regularly check tracking numbers to confirm item delivery and call patients for confirmation.
4. Upload documents: Once delivered, gather the proof of delivery and upload that in the system and patient's folder.
5. Purchase Order: Create Purchase Order based on the template and upload to OneDrive once approved and signed
6. Invoice upload: Monitor incoming mail for invoices and upload them to OneDrive.
