Under the supervision of the Line Leader, this role is responsible and accountable for managing inventory, coordinating deliveries, and improving the efficiency of business processes, particularly in the delivery of supplies.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor inventory levels, assess supply vendors and ensure delivered supplies meet quality standards.
Contact vendors, place orders, verify supplies, manage supply requisition and communicate with suppliers to determine expected delivery dates and inform Project Managers of potential delays.
Members to reduce cost, boost productivity and prevent delays that can affect delivery.
Monitor project delivery timelines, check work quality against company requirements and specifications and ensure compliance with regulations.
Graduate of any 4-year course.
At least 1 year of experience in a back-office role related to contracting, procurement, or logistics.
Experience providing voice based customer support.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
