JOB DESCRIPTION:a. Sales Support, Coordination & Vendor Relationships- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Operations and Finance, as well as vendors to source pricing and freight information to secure the pricing necessary to close business.- Provide pricing direction, tactical assistance to close new business, service existing business, and maximize value to clients while working closely with salespeople to maximize profit and keep client priorities, feedback, competition and market environments in mind.
b. Account Management- Ensure and best-in trade customer service levels and customer communication. This includes and is not limited to updating customers with the status of orders and cardo including pre-shipments advices, shipment notifications, copies of documents and ensuring their satisfaction at all timesc.
c. Order Booking and Documentation- Generate and manage all documentation to provide order support date and facilitate effective shipping procedures. Qualifications:
- Must be a Custom Administration graduate
- Atleast 1-2 years of work experience
- Willing to work at Taguig City
- Can start ASAP
