JOB SUMMARY :The position is primarily responsible for overseeing the smooth implementation of projects as required by client. The position provides the backbone of project implementation looking at all the aspects of resources required to deliver the Company services. It is the lead organizer for all project activities ensuring successful implementation of planned activities.
Job Description:
- Plans the overall activities of the projects until its completion.
Oversee the management of people, materials and required funding for the projects.- Ensure schedules are met based on logistics plan.
Coordinates timely provision of materials for construction of required modules and ensure readiness of its installation by managing materials inventory.
- Provides all logistical support to ensure project set up are timely implemented including but not limited to, readiness of tools and vehicular support.
Directs the delivery of all project modules including tools and personnel that will set it up.- Coordinates required documentation with all concerned department.
Initiates post project assessment and gather learning inputs and collate them
- Assist in the preparation of annual plans and budgets.
Performs other relevant tasks and duties as may be directed by Management.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4 year course.
With at least 6 months of work experience as Logistics Officer and handling employee's mobilization.
- Excellent communications and coordination skills.
Willing to start ASAP.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,- 00 - Php25,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay: - 13th month salary
