JOB OVERVIEW:As a
Logistics Officer in the _Operations: Logistics and Inventory Department_ at Data Lake Inc., the primary role is to oversee and optimize the logistical aspects of Starlink installations. This critical position involves coordinating the procurement, transportation, and distribution of equipment and materials essential for successful installations. The Logistics Officer will collaborate closely with the field operations and deployment teams to ensure timely delivery, manage inventory levels, and streamline the supply chain. Responsibilities also include tracking shipments, resolving logistical issues, and maintaining accurate records. The Logistics Officer plays a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting Data Lake Inc.s commitment to delivering cutting-edge network solutions through the seamless coordination of logistics for Starlink installations.
Oversee and optimize the logistical aspects of Starlink installations as a Logistics Officer in the Operations: Logistics and Inventory Department at Data Lake Inc.
- Coordinate procurement, transportation, and distribution of equipment and materials for successful installations.
Collaborate with field operations and deployment teams to ensure timely delivery and streamline the supply chain.- Track shipments, manage inventory levels, and resolve logistical issues.
Maintain accurate records of all logistics-related activities.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a logistics role, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry.
Knowledge of procurement processes, transportation management, and inventory control.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with logistics software and tools.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.- Commitment to optimizing logistical processes and supporting the success of Starlink installations at Data Lake Inc.
Proficiency with online communication tools (Slack, Viber, ClickUp, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Demonstrable ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans and execute them flawlessly.
