Qualifications:- Graduate of Customs Administration or any related course
Engineering background and experience in Construction firm will have an advantage- High -level performance skills, organization skills, coordination, customer-oriented, and excellent communication skills
With at least 3 years experience in supervising logistical activities

The Logistics Officer is responsible for facilitating logistics activities as required by the project and ensuring its proper documentation.
- Detailed Job Description:
Plans the logistics activities as requested by the end user to ensure its completion within the set lead time.- Coordinates with project PED with regards to the availability of service vehicles.
Sources out local external haulers in cases where in-house vehicles are not available.
- Ensures the quality of transport, hauling and freight services being availed.
Negotiates transport, hauling, freight costs to lower expenses.- Processes purchase order (PO) when availing the services of external haulers.
Coordinates with project Warehouse for the schedule of incoming deliveries.
- Facilitates inbound/outbound shipment through land, sea and air cargo.
Monitors the status of on-going deliveries by communicating with in-house/external haulers.- Ensures that the proper documentation of logistics activities are observed.
Stays on top during major logistics activities.
- Ensures compliance on the monthly submission of KPI.
Attends project meetings to address concerns related to the Logistics department.- Performs other related job/duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
