Main Duties_Transport Service Capacity and Availability_
- Ensure that vehicles are booked and scheduled for every transport service regular and special requirements.
Ensure truckload utilization.
_Clerical and Administrative_- Truck attendance encoding
Weekly truck inspection report encoding
- Time of truck arrival to kitchens tracking and encoding
Load discrepancy editing.- Maintains and updates stakeholders exact locations and Ad hoc pin locations
Responsible in maintaining transportation costs, toll fees, distance, travel time database
_Vendor Management_
- Tracks 3PL truck and personnel attendance.
Transport Service provider weekly truck condition inspection.
_Training and People Management_- Responsible for communicating accurate information to customers.
Ensure conformance of dispatch and delivery team with workplace safety, and operations procedures according to standards.
- Develops and implements training programs and modules regarding dispatch protocols.
_Inventory and Product Quality Control_
- Responsible for transfer variances investigation, balancing, and resolutions.
