QUALIFICATIONS_
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
At least 5 years of prior experience in a supervisory role in logistics or related field- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and distribution processes and procedures
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to multitask and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment
_DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
_- Oversee and coordinate all shipping, receiving, and distribution operations
Work closely with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency, customer service, and cost savings
Manage the logistics staff and coordinate scheduling and workloads- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Monitor inventory levels, and adjust ordering and storage accordingly
- Track order fulfillment, and investigate and resolve discrepancies
