Makes shipment arrangement for clients (Import/Export)- Supports the team for daily operations
Reports directly to Operations or Supervisor
- Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time
Preferably graduate of Customs Administration
- 2-3 years experience as Logistics Customer Representative
Understanding of documentation and terms is a plus- Pro-active, with strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend and effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
Good customer service skills
