Job Description:- Makes shipment arrangement for clients (Import/Export)
Supports the team for daily operations- Reports directly to Operations or Supervisor
Preferably graduate of Customs Administration- 2-3 years experience as Logistics Customer Representative
Understanding of documentation and terms is a plus
- Pro-active, with strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively- Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend and effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
Good customer service skills
