Logistics Coordinator - Mandarin Speaker

ABOUT THE POSITION

Our Logistics Associate will be in charge of providing support in the development of the different operational activities in the accounts/ companies of the organization's clients regarding any process in its logistics chain. This support could be through back-office activities and logistics related calls to monitor the status of the logistics process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Its functions are the following; however, they are not limited to:

• Report on the status of the loads and any other news that arises during the movement of the goods.
• Obtain the necessary documentation to complete the assigned logistics activities, whether in the air, maritime or land fields.
• Meet the goals and expectations set by the client and/or immediate Supervisor.
• Follow the responsibilities assigned by the company and your employer in terms of policies, regulations, quality, health, and safety.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• English Fluency (B2 Intermediate - C1)
• Mandarin Fluency (Can write and speak)
• Attention to detail

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Fluent in speaking Mandarin, and/or Fukien

Fresh graduates and career shifters are encouraged to apply

Open to SHS graduates, and College undergraduates

Should be open to work in night shift work schedule and onsite work setup
