Logistics Coordinator

• Beginning Salary: 20,000 to 25,000 pesos

• Reports To: Logistics Supervisor

Brief Description

The Logistics Coordinator ensures the smooth flow of customer orders from procurement to delivery. This role involves procurement, planning, and coordinating daily operations, including managing delivery staff, organizing necessary delivery documentations, and liaising with the warehouse to ensure timely stock delivery. The Logistics Coordinator is also responsible for updating customers on their order status and handling any issues related to order fulfillment.

• Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end process of customer orders.

• Analyze orders to create efficient routes.

Create schedules for delivery staff.

• Analyze orders in relation to inventory levels.

Procure items if we do not have enough inventory

• Provide regular updates to customers regarding their order status and address any issues or changes.

Maintain constant communication with delivery staff.

• Monitor delivery staff via truck GPS.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues and improve processes.

• Skill and Qualifications

Graduate of any 4-year course preferably Business-related courses

• With at least 2 years of work experience either in logistics, procurement, or customer service.

With experience in handling Food Products / Palenke is a plus

• Timeliness
