Job Description
Main purpose of the job
The Logistics Coordinator plays a crucial role in coordinating logistics, coordinating order management and creating operations reports. This role needs strong organizational skills, some excel / analytical skills, good problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. They should also have a good understanding of supply chain processes and logistics management and be familiar with relevant software and technology
Responsibilities And Duties
- Responsible for exporting the daily order file and running quality control checks
- Responsible for enriching the daily order file with logistics and packaging requirements
- Responsible for uploading and batching orders in the label generation tool
- Responsible for creating and updating the weekly logistics report and sending delay communications to customers
- Send batches to 3PLs
- Documents and reports on any data or tech issues to the team
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Perform ad-hoc, once-off admin processes such as updating our customer databases and systems as needed
- Support with 3-way matching of procurement invoices
- Supporting our inbound supply chain operations to ensure our ingredients arrive in full and on time
- Support our weekly unit economics reporting
- Support adhoc operations analysis and reports
Skills And Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or related roles (e.g., Logistics Coordinator, Supply Chain Analyst).
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets; strong data analysis, management, and reporting capabilities
- Data Management: Proven experience in data entry, cleaning, and reporting, with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
- Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail and accuracy in reports and data
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels, including suppliers, internal teams, and management
- Technical Requirements: Stable and high-speed FIBER internet connection for work-from-home setup and online collaboration
- Shift Flexibility: Open to working on the graveyard shift, with availability to report Sunday through Thursday
