Key Roles:
- Prepares schedule of drivers and trucks to be used for catering functions.
Recommends if needs truck rental when necessary.- Attends complaints for late delivery of catering equipment.
Dispatches other operating equipment to the other outlets if any
- Assists in catering functions when needed
Assists in interviewing applicants for company drivers, does test drive- Reports untoward incidents involving drivers and company trucks
Check vehicles for any damages or repair
- Responsible in checking that no food and equipment were left inside the vehicle
Coordinates with other departments regarding any deliveries that may need attention- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in logistics, business management, or a closely related field.
Proven experience as logistics coordinator
- Has knowledge in engine troubleshooting
Have a great sense of navigation- Knowledgeable in road safety regulations and traffic laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Efficiency and time-management
Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work with less supervision
- With driving experience with license code 1, 2, and 3
