Air Liquide Philippines, a fully owned subsidiary of Air Liquide Group, started its operations in 1994 and currently employs 230+ people. We operate air separation units (ASU), hydrogen plants, carbon dioxide plants, cylinder refilling stations and depots, on-site plants and pipelines nationwide. Our main plant is situated in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City, and our head office is in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
We serve a wide spectrum of markets and industries including electronics, food processing, pharmaceuticals, metals, automotive, shipbuilding, and hospitals.
Air Liquide Philippines is ISO 9001:2008 certified as well as GMP certified for medical oxygen. In addition, our liquid carbon dioxide plant in Pasig City filled the requirements for Food Safety System Certification 22000 (FSSC 22000) for the manufacture of this gas as a food additive.
The Logistics Coordinator manages the supply chain from preparation to delivery in Cebu, ensuring operations adhere to legal and regulatory standards, including external permits and PEZA requirements. This role maintains schedules and compliance with both internal and external regulations to ensure smooth fulfillment operations.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
- Oversee BULK/PAG logistics operations to ensure optimal performance, excellent customer experience, and regulatory compliance.
- Address daily delivery issues and lead coordination with forwarders, compliance agencies, and suppliers.
- Communicate with customer care, refilling/ASU team, and sales representatives to manage dispatch schedules.
- Support the Bulk/PAG Logistics Scheduler to ensure timely and cost-effective outbound planning.
- Ensure BULK Delivery Orders in BLAC and Gideons are closed within 48 hours post-delivery.
- Manage PEZA Liaison officers and monitor compliance with permits and IMS requirements, including travel to PEZA offices in Balamban, Cebu.
- Oversee dispatch and document control, including DO confirmation and document management.
- Ensure deliveries adhere to road safety and operational procedures, and meet customer SLAs.
- Track key performance indicators to enhance performance and uphold Air Liquide's quality and safety standards.
- Handle PEZA compliance, including permit management, documentation, and coordination with processors and trucking for timely deliveries and system updates.
Are you a MATCH
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Transport, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of logistics and supply chain experience, with at least 1 year handling PEZA compliance preferred.
- Experience in liaising with PEZA and BOC is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
- A valid driving license is a plus, and the ability to travel as needed.
