- Gather invoices, sort and assign deliveries.
- Prepare riders itineraries.
- Conduct cost analysis of delivery expenses to select a more cost effective option.
- Inspect vaccines packaging in cold chain storage.
- Provide data logger and ensure that GPS was active.
- Monitor rider's deliveries thru GPS and ensure that all were delivered on time.
- Coordinate deliveries concern thru call or emails.
- Verify rider's delivery accomplishment.
- Collect data logger, itinerary and gas receipts.
- Collect all documents related to shipment of goods.
- Manage bookings for cargo forwarders to other provincial destinations.
- Advise the consignees for the shipment of goods and details.
- Prepare gas, meal and rental reimbursement of riders.
- Maintain and update records of cargo forwarders.
- Maintain inventory record and account movement of all ice gels and styros.
- Administer delivery equipment and supplies.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned.
