Description:- Responsible for closely monitoring inbound, internal transfer and outbound deliveries of items
Scheduling and enforcement of Production and assignment of manpower- Monitor Job order fulfillment and stock requirements
Preparation and Dispatch of outbound deployment and deliveries
- Monitor and quality check of inbound deliveries
Dispensing of products/materials/consumables for production- Monitor facilities and other maintenance works
Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase requisitions as needed
- Perform actual inventory count and monitor storage hubs
Prepares necessary daily, weekly and monthly reports- Other tasks assigned from time to time
Must be computer literate and proficient in using email and Microsoft Office and Google applications such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets- With good oral and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering or related field
- Prior work experience related to production, logistics and inventory will be an advantage
Background in construction and metal works industry is preferred- Exceptional personal standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism
Flexible, reliable, detail-oriented and highly organized
- Willing to do occasional field work
Willing to work in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila
