Job Description:- Overall responsible for Warehousing and physical distribution operations.
Assist management in establishing warehouse standards and procedures
- Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained
Submits warehouse and delivery operations reports on time- Clearly communicates the parameters of the delegated responsibility, including decision making authority and any required actions, constraints, or deadlines
Observe health and safety regulations; maintain warehouse in a clean, safe and orderly condition.
- Assign workloads to warehouse personnel
Ensure NPI (Non Performing Inventory) SKUs always accurate versus system counti.- Conduct physical inventories and do reconciliation
Ensure physical inventory is always accurate versus system countk.Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO)
- Monitors, train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse personnel (Main Warehouse and Extension Warehouses: B.O. and Gillette)
Monitors, supervises and evaluate the performance of pickers and delivery crew
