_Duties and Responsibilities: _
- Checking of Shipping documents such as, Bill of Lading Commercial Invoice, Packing List and Form E
- Receives the final order from Purchaser/ Sales Department.
- Initiates the opening of the Letter of Credit.
- Receives, disseminates and checks the accuracy of the shipping
- Advises Warehouse section and Sales Department for tires will be subjected to DTI Inspection and testing
- Prepares payment for freight charges.
- Monitors and coordinates with Customs representatives the processing, releasing and delivery of imported tires from Bureau of Customs and customs ports.
- Provides the final assessment notice to Finance for payment preparation
- Monitors the DTI processing and availability of DTI certificates, stickers and Tire Test reports.
- Initiates the transfer of tires subject for testing to accredited testing laboratory.
- Provides the Import Status Monitoring Report to Purchaser/ AVP for Legal & Admin.
- Provides updates on shipments to Sales Department
- Shall keep, file and maintain all related import documents.
- Provides update/s on new government issuances related to Import, Customs and DTI processing to Finance Head and Purchaser/AVP for Legal & Admin.
_Job Requirements:_
- Graduate of BS Customs Administration or any related business courses.
- With at least 2 years experience in handling import and export operations
- Preferably Professional license holder
- With knowledge in BOC process is a plus
- With strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and analytical
- Experience is a must for this position
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
Schedule: - 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
* 13th month salary
